Abstract- Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the education sector by enabling personalized learning experiences tailored to individual student needs. This research paper explores the impact of AI on personalized learning, highlighting both the opportunities it presents and the challenges it poses. AI-driven educational technologies, such as adaptive learning platforms, intelligent tutoring systems, and AI-powered assessment tools, have enhanced student engagement, improved learning outcomes, and provided real-time feedback. These advancements allow for customized learning pathways, catering to diverse learning styles and paces, ultimately fostering a more inclusive and effective educational environment. Despite its potential, AI in personalized learning also presents significant challenges. Ethical concerns regarding data privacy, algorithmic biases, and the digital divide remain critical issues. Additionally, the dependence on AI-driven tools raises questions about the role of human educators and the extent to which technology should influence pedagogy. The study examines how AI can be integrated into traditional educational settings while ensuring that human oversight, critical thinking, and social interaction remain central to learning. This research adopts a qualitative and quantitative approach, analyzing case studies and empirical data to assess the effectiveness of AI-driven personalized learning. The findings suggest that while AI offers transformative benefits, its implementation requires careful planning, ethical considerations, and a balanced approach that complements, rather than replaces, traditional teaching methods. This study concludes that AI, when used responsibly, has the potential to create an adaptive, student-centered education system that enhances learning experiences while addressing the challenges of accessibility, equity, and ethical concerns.
